摘要
针对CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道轨排支撑架法施工中面临的难题(工具轨配置不合理、轨距控制精度差),开展了CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道轨排支撑架法施工关键技术再研究,优化了工具轨配置,提高了施工工效,并通过理论分析、现场试验和模拟仿真相结合的方法研究了轨距变化规律,提高了施工控制精度,以期为我国双块式无砟轨道施工提供参考。
Aiming at the engineering construction problems (tool track configuration is not reasonable, gauge control accu- racy is poor) of CRTS I bi-block ballastless track with track skeleton support method, this paper made a further study on the key construction technology of track skeleton support method, optimized configuration of the tool rail and improved the construction efficiency. Then, it studied the gauge change rule by means of theoretical analysis, field test and numerical simulation, which enhanced the construction control precision, hoping to provide some references for the construction of China' s bi-block ballastless track.
