摘要
本研究试图将循环练习法与轮滑课相结合的方式对青少年进行干预,探讨中学轮滑课中运用循环练习法的效果,笔者通过设计实验组与对照组相对比的实验方案来验证笔者的假设结论,研究结果表明:(1)中学轮滑课中运用循环练习法明显提高了学生的身体素质,主要表现为:实验组较对照组学生的力量素质能力、速度素质能力、柔韧素质能力的提高(P<0.05);(2)中学轮滑课中运用循环练习法明显提高了学生运动技能掌握程度,主要表现为:实验组较对照组学生在准备姿势掌握程度、直道滑行技术掌握程度、弯道滑行技术掌握程度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);(3)中学轮滑课中运用循环练习法明显提高了体育课的教学效果,主要表现为:实验组较对照组学生的学习兴趣、负荷强度、练习密度都比对照组明显增强(P<0.05)。建议:循环练习法对于提高学生体质、掌握运动技能程度和教学效果等具有明显的作用,但是在运用循环练习法时要根据所教的内容、学生的性别、学生体质、身体素质等种种因素考虑循环练习法运用的方法。
By setting experimental and control groups,this research tries to involve circuit training into roller skating training for teenagers,to discuss the effects of circuit training in middle school roller skating training.The results show that:(1)The students'physical quality is obviously improved by using the cycle practice method in the middle school roller skating course,which is mainly manifested as the improvement of the strength ability, speed quality and flexibility ability of the experimental group compared with the control group (P 〈0.05).(2) The level of mastery of students'motor skills is significantly improved by using the cycle practice method in the middle school roller skating course.The main performance is as follow:the experimental group is better than the control group in preparing posture mastery,straight taxiing technique mastering,(P 〈0.05);(3)The use of the cycle practice in the middle school roller skating training class significantly improved the teaching effect of physical education,mainly as follows:the experimental group than the control group students learning interest, load intensity,exercise (P 〈0.05 ).It is suggested that the cycle practice method has obvious effect on improving students'physique,mastering the level of motor skills and teaching effect.However,considerations should be made on the content of teaching,students'sex,students'constitution and physical quality,etc.
