外源钙离子对红掌叶片气孔特征及气体交换参数的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Exogenous Ca^(2+) on Stomatal Traits and Gas Exchange Parameters of Anthurium scherzerianum

摘要 以红掌叶片为试材,采用不同浓度Ca(NO_3)_2(0、2、4、6、8mmol·L^(-1))溶液对红掌进行2周的培养,对气孔密度、气孔解剖结构(气孔长度、宽度、周长、面积、形状指数和面积指数),气孔空间分布格局和叶片气体交换进行了测定,以探究外源Ca^(2+)对红掌叶片气孔特征及气体交换参数的影响。结果表明:当Ca^(2+)浓度为4mmol·L^(-1)时,气孔的周长达到最大值,且此时气孔变得最为扁长。另外,Ca^(2+)浓度的升高使得气孔的宽度增加约10%。当Ca^(2+)浓度为6mmol·L^(-1)时气孔密度最高,但气孔空间格局却最不规则。然而,该研究中设置的5个Ca^(2+)浓度均没有对气孔开口面积产生显著的影响(P<0.05)。另外,随着外源钙离子浓度的增加红掌的净光合反应速率(Pn)呈现出升高的趋势,但各处理间Pn差异不显著,且均低于对照组。此外,红掌叶片的蒸腾速率和气孔导度在不同外源钙离子处理下也没有发生显著的变化。说明外源钙处理对于红掌气孔特征和生理过程的影响非常有限,这可能是由于外源钙提高气孔密度有利于气体交换的正效应同减弱气孔分布格局规则性不利于气体交换的负相应相抵消,从而导致红掌的生理参数没有发生显著的变化。 Leaves of Anthurium scherzerianum were used as materials.Stomatal density,stomatal anatomic structure(stomatal length,width,perimeter,area,shape index and area index),spatial distribution pattern,and leaf gas exchange of Anthuriums cherzerianum were examined with changing the concentration of Ca(NO_3)_2 by 0(CK),2,4,6,8mmol·L^(-1)in the nutrition medium to study effects of exogenous Ca^(2+)on the stomatal traits and gas exchange parameters of Anthuriums cherzerianum.The results showed that the stomatal perimeter reached its maximum and the stomata characterized the most prolate shape under the Ca^(2+) of 4 mmol·L^(-1).Meanwhile,the stomatal aperture width of 8mmol·L^(-1) was significantly increased by 10%relative to that of CK.The leaves featured with the most of stomata per millimeter leaf area and the highly irregular spatial distribution pattern under the treatment of 6mmol·L^(-1).However,the stomatal aperture area was not significantly changed by all the Ca^(2+)treatments(P〈0.05).Moreover,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)was gradually increased with the increase of Ca^(2+),whereas the Pn of CK was higher than those of four Ca^(2+)treatments,and no significant difference on Pn was found among the CK and the four Ca^(2+)treatments.In addition,we also found that Ca^(2+)barely affected the leaf leaf stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(E)of Anthurium scherzerianum.These results suggested that Ca^(2+)had little impact on the stomatal traits and physiological processes might due mainly to the offset on the gas exchange from the positive effects by increasing stomatal density and the negative effects by declining the regularity of stomatal spatial distribution pattern.
