摘要
小果柿是华南特色盆景植物,使用浓度分别为0.1 g/ml、0.05 g/ml、0.01 g/ml、0.005 g/ml、0.001 g/ml赤霉素(GA3)处理其种子,发现发芽率、发芽势、发芽值等指标整体呈现随处理浓度的增加先升后降趋势。其中,浓度0.005 g/ml为最优浓度,发芽率可达81.32±0.90%,萌发高峰期在第27~29 d之间。使用100 mg/L和50 mg/L NAA处理其扦插枝,100 mg/L浓度的生根率达70%。
Diospyrosvaccinioides is one of the bonsai plant in southern China. The different concentrations of gibberellin (GA3) (0.1 g/ml, 0.05 g/m1, 0.01 g/ml, 0.005 g/ml, 0.001 g/ml) were used to treat the seeds. With the rise of theconcentration, the germination rate(G), germination energy (GE), germination value (GV) rise first and then decreased. The 0.005 g/ml was the best concentration and the germination rate was 81.32±0.90 %. The germination peak was in 27-29 d. The 100 mg/L and 50 mg/L NAA was used to handle the cutting branches, and therooting rate could be 70% when the concentration was 100 mg/L.
