摘要
为了观察蛇床子素体外抑制鸽毛滴虫的效果及其对形态学的影响,试验分为4组,蛇床子素浓度分别为0(空白)、1、3、5 mg/m L,分别在培养2、4、6、8、12、24 h从各组取样,于光学及电子显微镜下观察鸽毛滴虫的形态学变化,记录死亡情况。结果显示:随着蛇床子素浓度的增加,鸽毛滴虫的死亡率随之升高,死亡时间随之缩短。5 mg/m L组的效果最佳,用药12 h即可杀灭全部的毛滴虫;浓度为1 mg/m L的药物组至24 h仍未全部死亡;浓度为3 mg/m L的药物组至24 h全部死亡。扫描电镜观察显示,药物作用初始阶段鸽毛滴虫由梨形逐步变圆,形态完整;不久虫体边缘模糊,表面出现皱褶,局部有凹陷;接着凹陷面积扩大,内部出现空洞,虫体形状变得不规则,最后虫体崩解成碎片。结果表明蛇床子素具有明显抗鸽毛滴虫的效果。
In order to investigate the trichomonacidal effect of osthol and morphological change of Trichomonas gallinae,four groups with different concentrations of osthole were set.At 6,8,12 and 24 h after culture,samples were taken for observation of the morphological changes of T.gallinae by optical and the electron microscopes,and the number of death was recorded.The results showed that with the increase of osthole concentration,T.gallinae mortality was increased,and the time of death was shortened.The 5 mg/m L group had the best efficacy since 12 h treatment could kill all Trichomonas; in 1mg/m L group,no death was found until 24 h; the concentration of 3 mg/m L could lead all to death.The observation by scanning electron microscopy showed that at the initial stage of drug effect,T.gallinae gradually turned round from pear shape,and formed a complete body.After that,blurry edges,surface wrinkles and local sag could be observed.Then sag area increased,internal voids formed,body shape became irregular,and finally the worm was collapsed into pieces.The results indicated that osthole has obvious treatment effect against T.gallinae.
