摘要
目的探讨中青年酒精依赖所致慢性酒精中毒性脑病(CAE)患者的MSCT表现。方法采用回顾性分析法,随机选取2015年8月—2016年8月期间在该院接受治疗的60例中青年CAE患者的影像学资料进行研究,并分析他们的MSCT表现。结果 60例患者通过CT检查后发现有52例表现为不同程度的脑萎缩,其中23例轻度脑萎缩,29例中度、重度脑萎缩;6例脑萎缩并腔隙性脑梗死,2例患者脑萎缩并脑软化灶,1例患者单纯胼胝体变性。结论中青年CAE患者MSCT主要表现为脑萎缩、脑软化灶、胼胝体变性等。
Objective To discuss the MSCT performance of patients with chronic alcoholic nervous disease caused by the alcohol dependence of young and middle-aged people.Methods The imaging data of 60 cases of young and middle-aged CAE patients treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,and the MSCT performance was analyzed.Results The CT examination showed that there were 52 cases with encephalanalosis of different degrees,including 23 cases with mild encephalanalosis,29 cases with middle and severe encephalanalosis and 6 cases with encephalanalosis and lacunar infarction,2 cases with encephalanalosis and encephalomalacia and 1 case with marchiafavaBignami disease.Conclusion The main performance of MSCT of young and middle-aged patients with CAE is encephalanalosis,encephalomalacia and marchiafava-bignami disease.
