摘要
目的基于老年健康体检人群视角调查当前社区卫生服务质量的现状。方法随机抽取社区65岁以上健康体检居民383人,将Servqual量表应用于社区卫生服务对老年人健康体检服务质量评价中,基于Servqual评价法的原理,评价社区卫生服务质量。结果有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性和费用可接受性六个维度的SQ值得分均为负,分别为:-0.585、-0.841、-0.450、-0.883、-1.226、-0.871分,社区卫生感知服务质量总分为-0.809分。结论老年健康体检人群对社区卫生服务质量评价较低。
Objective To investigate the quality of community service based on the perspective of elderly check-up population. Methods The convenient sampling method and Servqual was applied on community service quality assessment for the health check-up of elderly community people. 383 residents above 65 years old were enrolled in our study. Results The sores of SQ with tangibility, credibility, assurance, responsivity, empathy, acceptability of cost were -0.585, -0.841, -0.450, -0.883, -1.226, -0.871,respectively. The total score of community service quality was -0.809. Conclusion Community health service quality evaluation is low by elderly health examination population.
