摘要
目的:观察化瘀解毒中药对梗阻性肾病大鼠肾脏类肝素酶(Hpa)表达的影响,以探索其拮抗炎症损伤的机制。方法:采用单侧输尿管结扎手术复制梗阻性肾病模型;采用real-time PCR技术检测肾组织Hpa mRNA的表达;采用SABC法检测肾组织Hpa蛋白的表达。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠肾组织Hpa mRNA及蛋白表达上调(P<0.01);与模型组比较,中药组肾组织Hpa表达下降(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀解毒中药可下调梗阻性肾病大鼠肾脏Hpa表达从而减轻炎症损伤。
Objective: to observe the effect of stasis-resolving and toxin-removing Chinese medicine on heparanases ( Hpa) expres-sion in obstructive nephropathy rats so to explore its mechanism of anti-inflammatory injury. Methods : Take unilateral ureteral obstruc-tion to duplicate obstructive nephropathy models; take real-time technique to detect Hpa mRNA expression; take SABC to detect Hpa protein expression. Results: compared to sham operation group, Hpa mRNA expression of model group increased ( P 〈0. 01) ; com-pared to model group, Hpa expression of medicine group decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: Stasis-resolving and toxin-removing Chinese medicine can decrease the Hpa expression in obstructive nephropathy rats and so as to lighten the inflammatory injury.
