摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理在提升老年脑梗死患者生活质量中的应用效果。方法 90例老年脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中西医结合护理,观察2组干预前后生活质量变化,比较2组护理满意度。结果干预后,2组生活质量指数(QLI)各维度评分均升高,观察组QLI各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组护理满意度95.6%(43/45),高于对照组的82.2%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可有效改善老年脑梗死患者的生活质量,提升护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on quality of life in aged patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 90 aged patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nurs-ing care during treatment, and the nursing intervention based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was carried out in the treatment. The quality of life and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The score of quality of life index （QLI） was increased in both two groups after intervention, and was higher in the ob-servation group than that of controls, with a significant difference （P〈0.05orP〈0.01）. the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.6% （43/45） in the observation group, which was higher than 82. 2% （37/45） in the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion nursing care based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is helpful to improve the quality of life in aged patients with cerebral infarction.
