摘要
目的:调查心血管内科患者对心脏康复的需求,分析现状并寻求改进措施。方法 :随机选取2015年7月—2016年3月在南京医科大学第二附属医院心血管内科住院的50例心脏病患者,用自制的心血管内科患者心脏康复需求调查问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果:调查结果显示72%的患者认为心脏康复运动对身体有明显益处,42%的患者愿意参加心脏康复,可见心血管内科患者对心脏康复的需求较高,而只有16%的患者对心脏康复有所了解,4%的患者入院前参与过心脏康复相关运动,开展现状不容乐观。结论:应建立以家庭为中心的心脏康复模式,加大心脏康复的宣传力度和专业团队建设力度。
Objective： To investigate the patients＇ demands for cardiac rehabilitation（CR） in cardiovascular department, analyze the current situation and find out the improvement approaches. Methods： Totally 50 patients, hospitalized in cardiovascular department in the Second Affiliated Hospital, Nanjing Medical University from July 2015 to Marc 2016, were chosen randomly to answer the questionnaires about patients＇ demands for CR. Results： The investigation showed that 72% of the patients thought exercise of CR had positive effect on health and 42% were willing to participate in CR, which meant that CR was in great demand. However, only 16% knew CR and 4% had participated in CR before,indicating that the current situation was lack of optimism. Conclusions： Home-centered cardiac rehabilitation mode should be created, and more attention should be paid to the propaganda about CR and the construction of specialized medical teams.
