随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展,高校规模也在不断扩大,高校持有的资产也随之快速增长。为了提高高校资产的使用效率,规范资产管理,有效防止资产流失,本文将以阐述我国高校目前所存在的主要问题为出发点,从管理意识、制度建设、具体实施等几个方面分析原因,并尝试提出具有建设性的解决措施。
