云杉幼苗叶片N,P计量学特征的时空变异 被引量:1

摘要 云杉是华北山地寒温性针叶林主要组成树种之一。在关帝山林区沿海拔梯度选择样地,调查采集云杉更新苗,以化学计量学方法研究云杉幼苗叶片N,P计量学特征的时空变异。结果表明,在相同海拔梯度下,云杉幼苗叶片N,P的含量随着苗龄的增加而升高,N∶P则降低;相同苗龄的云杉幼苗N,P的含量随着海拔的升高而升高,N∶P则降低;叶片N含量与叶片P含量呈显著正相关,叶片N∶P与叶片N,P含量呈显著负相关(P<0.01);叶片N,P含量与海拔、苗龄、土壤呈显著正相关(P<0.01);而叶片N∶P与海拔、土壤没有显著相关性,与苗龄呈显著负相关。 Picea is one of the main tree species at north China mountain cold warm coniferous forest. This study surveys and collects the update seedings of Picea, along the elevation gradient in Guandi mountain forest to choose sample areas, making use of chemometrics methods study temporal and spatial characteristics of leaf N, P stoichiometry under seedings of Picea. The results show that under the same altitude gradient, the contents of N and P increase with age, while N : P decreases. The contents of N and P increase with altitude, while N : P decreases in the same age. Leaf P content and N content in the leaves are a significant positive correlation, leaf N : P and leaf N, P content are significantly negatively correlated (P 〈 0.01 ). The contents of N and P in leaves are positively correlated with altitude, soil and age(P〈 0.01 ). LeafN : P has no significant correlation with altitude, soil, but is negatively correlation with age.
