错期播种在小麦耐热性鉴定中的应用 被引量:6

Different Sowing Date Used to Evaluate the Difference of the Heat Resistant in Identification Genotype Materials of Wheat

摘要 在晋南冬麦区,以冀麦325、良星99等小麦品种为试验材料,采用同一基因型不同播期对错期播种在小麦耐热性鉴定中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,相同基因型材料不同播期下随着播期的推迟,其扬花期和成熟期均不同程度地推迟,但其推迟时间远远短于播期的推迟时间,使后期播种的材料生育期缩短,尤其是灌浆期明显缩短,导致后期播种材料较适期播种材料千粒质量明显下降。不同基因型间千粒质量下降幅度的差异反映了该基因型对后期高温的适应性差异。根据试验结果比较分析,在晋南冬麦区采用错期间隔12 d的2次播期的千粒质量差异鉴定基因型的后期耐热性较为合适。用该方法对历年亲本的34份种质材料进行了水地和旱地2种土壤环境的耐热性鉴定,结果共鉴定出12份后期耐热性较好的材料。 In the winter wheat of southern Shanxi, the heat resistance of wheat varieties under the same genotype but different sowing date were measured. The results showed that the same genotype materials under different sowing date, both the flowering date and maturity date had the corresponding delay, and the period of the delay was far less than that of the sowing date delaying time. This led to the growth period of later seeding material being reduced, and especially the grouting period being shorten. Finally, this formed the thousand kernel quality of the late sowing date decreased obviously than the previous sowing date. Differences of the drop of the thousand kernel quality between different genotype materials reflected the genotype adaptability to the late high temperature difference. In the local the differences of the drop of the thousand kernel quality between two sowing dates that interval of 12 days being used to appraise the differences of the heat resistance between different genotype materials were suitable by the test results of the comparative analysis. Using the method appraised the heat resistance of the historical parent 34 germplasm materials in the two environmental conditions between dryland and irrigated land, and 12 germplasm materials that had better heat resistance were identified.
