摘要
目的建立测定药材腊梅花中芦丁含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液(35∶65)为流动相,流速为0.8 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果以芦丁峰面积的常用对数(Y)对进样量的常用对数(X)进行线性回归,得回归方程Y=1 643 977.49 X+34 610.54,线性范围为0.005 19~1.557 0μg(r2=1.00),加样回收率为98.91%,RSD为1.55%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于腊梅花的质量控制。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of medicinal flowers Lamei Rutin. Methods Agilent C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the column temperature was 30 ℃, Methanol-0. 05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution ( 35:65 ) , the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Rutin Chimonanthus flowers.
