摘要
在对杭州市某典型城区公共建筑信息调研的基础上,基于电力公司实际电耗样本和环境参数数据,摸清典型办公建筑电耗指标强度、分布特性;构建了基于环境温度的办公建筑能耗五参数统计回归模型,以一个实际案例验证该模型模拟全年能耗误差为5.5%,并将该模型应用于实际电耗数据的修正。
Based on information research of public buildings in a typical urban area of Hangzhou,the distribution characteristics and index of energy consumption of typical office building are analyzed with the electric power data and environmental parameters. The five-parameter model considering the relationships between energy and mean outside temperature are developed. The model are used to estimate the energy consumption for the selected building for case study,which are proven accurate with the difference of less than 5. 5% of the monitoring result. The paper provides a newprocedure to the correction of actual power data.
