摘要
学分积累和转换制度是关于学习者学习成果的标准化鉴定、转化、储存和认可的制度,属于一种弹性学分管理制度。建立学分积累和转换制度的目的是实现相同教育类别和层次以及不同教育类别和层次之间学分的互认和兑换。学分积累和转换制度具有包容性、开放性,符合以人为本、尊重个性和创造精神的高等教育原则,符合大学生自主学习的需要,能够最大限度地激发学生的学习动力和创造潜能,满足高校创新型人才培养的需求。高职院校应该建立充满活力的学分积累和转换制度,使学生能够适应多样化的社会需求,获得更好更快的发展。
Training creative talents in higher vocational colleges needs the credits accumulation and transformation system with toler- ance, open , free, creative and energetic, which is based on people - oriented, respect individuality and creation, it is identification, transformation, storage and approved of learners＇learning outcomes by the credit management system. The theory, relevant system, laws and regulations, implement and technology of higher vocational college credits accumulation and transformation system are still in gro- ping stage, etc, therefore it is of important significance. For us to probe credit accumulation and transformation system which is fit for higher vocational colleges cultivate innovative talents.
