炉外精炼技术在铁路货车铸件生产中的应用

摘要 摇枕、侧架和车钩等铸钢件是重载货车的关键零件.对LF炉外精炼技术和热装塞杆技术进行设计和应用研究.经过LF炉外精炼技术处理的钢水夹杂物数量、尺寸和形态得到有效控制,降低了钢液中P、S、O和N的含量,均匀钢液成分和温度,显著提高钢液质量,满足铸钢件的技术要求. Steel castings such as rocker, side mount, and coupling are key components of heavy goods train. It was investigated that these important components was smelted and cast by using such technologies as secondary refining and hot installing stopper rod. Amount, size and form of inclusions in the melted steel which was subjected to secondary refining were effectively controlled, hence contents of phosphorus, sulfur, oxygen and nitrogen in the melted steel were reduced, and composition and temperature of the melted steel were more uniform, with the quality of the melted steel being evidently raised, conforming with the requirements for the steel castings.
