摘要
针对榆林市丰富的煤炭资源和煤化工产业发展的风险与制约因素,提出了实现榆林煤化工产业高端化发展的具体路径:工艺升级、产品升级、技术升级、链群升级;结合兰炭生产、特种蜡加工、煤焦油分质高附加值利用等具体案例进行了分析,并提出了榆林煤化工产业链群升级的原则。
Aiming at the abundant coal resources and the risk and restriction factors of Coal Chemical Industry in Yulin City,this paper puts forward the specific path to realize the high-end development of Yulin Coal Chemical Industry:technic upgrading,product upgrading,technology upgrading and chain-group upgrading.The paper analyses combined with the specific cases of Semilcoke production,special wax processing and high value-added utilization of coal tar oil quality,and puts forward the principle of Coal Chemical Industry chain-group upgrading in Yulin.
