摘要
目的探究中医疗法在院前急救中的应用价值。方法 115例急诊患者,针对实际情况,在常规院前急救基础上对患者实施中医治疗,分析急救结果。结果 115例患者中无死亡,患者入院后均得到有效救治。经院前急救后,抽搐患者治疗总有效率为100.00%,中毒患者为96.00%,急性心肌梗死患者为97.50%。结论对于急诊患者,在实施院前抢救过程中实施中医治疗,可在短时间内挽救患者生命,不良反应少,效果明确,有利于患者疾病转归,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate application value of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in pre-hospital emergency treatment. Methods A total of 115 emergent patients received additional traditional Chinese medicine therapy to conventional pre-hospital emergency treatment, in accordance with their practical situation. Emergency treatment outcomes in patients were analyzed. Results There was no death case in the 115 patients, and all patients received effective treatment after admission. After Pre-hospital emergency treatment, total effective rate was 100.00% in treatment of convulsion, 96.00% in poisoning and 97.50% in acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in pre-hospital emergency treatment for emergent patients can save lives in short time period, with few adverse reactions and precise effect. This method is beneficial for disease prognosis in patients, and it is worth further promotion and application.
