摘要
本文从化妆品质量安全标准和风险监测系统的需求及可行性分析着手,提出了质量安全标准和风险监测系统的构建方案及技术实现路径,实现化妆品标准信息、风险信息的快速获取和质量安全风险的快速评判功能,为政府化妆品管理部门实施科学监管、提升化妆品生产经营企业质量安全水平、促进化妆品产业健康发展及保护消费者权益提供十分高效的智能化技术支撑。
Combined with the needs and feasibility of cosmetics quality safety standards and risk monitoring system, the paper proposes the construction plan and technical realization path to achieve the quick assess to cosmetics standards and risk information and evaluate the quality safety risk, providing technical support for cosmetic management department to implement scientific supervision, enhance the quality level of cosmetic producers, promote the healthy development of cosmetic industry and protect consumer＇s rights.
