降低铝脱氧钢连铸水口结瘤的研究

Study on Reducing Clogging at Submerged Entry Nozzle in Continuous Casting Molten Aluminum Deoxidation Steel

摘要 对连铸铝脱氧钢生产中存在的浸入式水口结瘤问题进行了分析研究,认为钢液中的Al2O3夹杂蓄积在水口内壁是水口结瘤的主要原因。开发出了新型精炼渣应用于LF精炼,结果表明,采用新型精炼渣可有效地减少连铸铝脱氧钢的水口结瘤问题。 The problem of clogging at submerged entry nozzle in continuous casting mohen aluminum deoxidized steel was analyzed. It was concluded that the A1203 inclusions accumulated at the inner wall of the submerged entry nozzle was the main cause leading to clogging at submerged entry nozzle. The new type of the refining slag was developed and used for refining in LF. The results showed that the new developed slag can effectively reduce the clogging at submerged entry nozzle in continuous casting molten aluminum deoxidized steel.
