摘要
研究了锗 -芦丁配合物的形成条件及其热力学常数 ,锗 ( )与芦丁在 HAc- NH4Ac缓冲溶液(p H7.0 0 )中可形成 1∶ 3的配合物 ,表观稳定常数为 1 .37× 1 0 1 2 。
The formation condition and mechanism of the complex of rutin and Ge(Ⅳ) were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.In HAc NH 4Ac(pH 7.0) buffer solution,rutin reacted with Ge(Ⅳ) to form a complex.The ratio of Ge(Ⅳ) and rotin in the complex is 1∶3 and the apparent formation constant is 1.37×10 12 .
