摘要
淫羊藿苷是淫羊藿的主要单体成分,具有调节内分泌、改善心血管功能、增加免疫活性及抗肿瘤等多种作用。以往有大量相关文献研究其在上述方面的作用,并证实了强大的药理作用。淫羊藿苷抗肿瘤作用主要集中于抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导分化、促进凋亡及增加机体免疫力两个方面。
Icariin is the main monomer component of Epimedium,has the function of regulating endocrine,improve cardiovascular function,increase immune activity and anti-tumor.In previous study,a large number of relevant documents and its role in the above aspects,and confirmed the strong pharmacological effect.The anti-tumor effect of icariin is mainly focused on the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,induction of differentiation,apoptosis and increase the body＇s immunity.
