摘要
目的:探讨品质管理(QC)对提升动脉导管溶栓护理质量的作用。方法:60例下肢动脉闭塞合并血栓应用动脉导管溶栓患者按时间分为实验组(2015年1月~2016年6月,30例,男25例,女性5例)和对照组(2014年1~12月,30例,男25例,女性5例),实验组应用QC进行动脉导管溶栓护理。对照组应用常规动脉导管溶栓护理。比较两组患者溶栓质量合格率。结果:实验组在药液浪费、穿刺部位出血、导管前端移位、溶栓导管规范固定、导管相关性感染、溶栓效果保障措施的质量合格率均优于对照组。结论:品质管理有助于动脉导管溶栓护理工作质量的提升,减少并发症,提高患者满意度。
Objective：To investigate the effect of quality management（QC） on improving the quality of intra-arterial catheter thrombolysis.Methods：60 cases of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease in patients with thrombosis of artery catheter thrombolysis in time divided into experimental group（5 cases from January 2015 to December 2016,30 cases,25 cases of male,female） and control group（5 cases from January to December 2014,30 cases,25 cases of male,female）,the experimental group received QC artery catheter thrombolysis.The control group was treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis.The qualified rate of thrombolysis in two groups was compared.Results：The experimental group was better than the control group in the treatment of waste of liquid,puncture site bleeding,catheter front end displacement,thrombolytic catheter standard fixation,catheter related infection,thrombolytic effect of the quality assurance measures.Conclusion：QC is helpful to improve the quality of nursing care of arterial catheter thrombolysis,reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction.
