医院服务满意度评价文献计量分析

摘要 [目的]了解国际国内医院服务满意度评价的历史沿革和最新进展。[方法]采用文献计量学方法。[结果]检索了40余年来全球在"医院服务满意度评价"领域发表的中英文文献,并从中筛选出与医院评估密切相关的文献4611篇。[结论]由于国内外文献库选文的取向有较大差异,英文文献库对文献入选的要求更重视学术上的创新,其所选文献的数量较中文文献明显偏少,但都包括明显的学术创新价值方面的讨论;中文文献发表量比英文文献更多,更加强调实际操作性,但部分文献缺乏学术创新价值和应用价值。进一步研究发现,护理类占了中文文献的较大比例,且护理类文献的观点和方法重复较多。 Objective This paper is aimed at understanding the history and latest development of international and domestic hospital service satisfaction assessment. Methods: It used bibliometrics analysis method. Results It had searched Chinese and English literature which published at " Hospital Service Satisfaction Evaluation" in the global over 40 years, and selected 4611 articles which were closely related with hospital assessment. Conclusions Because of there was larger difference in the orientation of article selecting from abroad and domestic literature deposito- ry. The requirement of English literature depository was that attach importance to innovation of academic, so selected less articles than Chinese's. But they included more discussions on obvious academic innovations. Indeed, the number of Chinese literature was even more than English literature. It still more highlighted practical operability. Unfortunately, some of the Chinese literature was lack of value both in academic and in application. Further study, we can find that a high proportion of nursing in Chinese literature, and the repetition of viewpoint and method was more in nursing literature.
