摘要
目的:对比布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂与氨茶碱片治疗缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年3月在广东省中山市古镇医院门诊就诊的120例缓解期COPD患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予氨茶碱片口服治疗,观察组患者给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、生活质量、变化呼吸困难指数(TDI)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及动脉血气水平。结果:对照组和观察组临床治疗总有效率分别为71.67%和88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肺功能、生活质量、TDI、6MWD及动脉血气水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗COPD临床疗效优于氨茶碱片,可显著改善患者呼吸困难症状,具有临床推广价值。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide and aminophylline on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in remittent stage. Methods： 120 COPD patients during remittent phase in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received aminophylline, while those in the observation group received budesonide. The clinical efficacy, lung function, transition dyspnea index （TDI）, life quality, 6-min walking distance （6MWD） as well as arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2） and partial pressure of carbon dioxide （PaCO2） were compared between the two groups. Results：The total response rate in the control group in the observation group was 71.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （88.33%） （ P 〈0.05）. Lung function, TDI, 6MWD, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Budesonide had a better curative effect than aminophylline on the treatment of COPD in remittent stage, which could improve patients＇ clinical symptoms.
