摘要
临床护理能力培养是护生由院校迈向社会的关键环节。本文紧紧围绕护生综合素质和临床护理能力培养,阐述了护生临床实践能力培养的重要性和必要性,通过环节分析,总结近年来我国护理临床实践教学现状及影响因素,针对进入实习阶段的临床护生,以提高护生实践能力和护理技能为核心,改革临床实践教学方案,丰富实践教学内容和形式,进一步规范和完善临床带教方法和带教效果评价体系等,旨在为不断提高临床护理教学质量,培养高素质的护理人才,建立符合我国国情的护生临床实践能力培养模式提供参考。
Training of clinical nursing ability is the key to nursing students from colleges to community. This paper focuses on the comprehensive quality of nursing students and training of clinical nursing ability, and expounds the importance and necessity of training of clinical practice ability of nursing students. By analyzing and summing-up present situation influence factors of clinical nursing teaching in China in recent years, for entering the practicing stage of clinical nursing students, to improve the practical ability of nursing students and nursing skills as the core, reforming the teaching method in clinical practice, enriching the teaching content and form, and further standardizing and improving the clinical teaching method and teaching effect evaluation system and so on. The purpose is to provide reference to improve the quality of clinical teaching, cultivate outstanding nurses, and establish the training mode of clinical practice ability of nursing students which is suitable for China national.
