热处理温度对TbFeCoV/Fe多层膜微结构和磁性能的影响

Effects of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of TbFeCoV/Fe Multi-layers

摘要 通过磁力显微镜、振动样品磁强计等手段研究了热处理温度对Tb40(Fe49Co49V2)60/Fe多层膜(TbFeCoV/Fe)微结构和磁性能的影响。在TbFeCoV膜层间加夹一软磁Fe层,易磁化轴由TbFeCoV膜中的垂直膜面转为平行膜面方向。经623k热处理后,多层膜具有更均匀致密的微结构,室温性能也得以改善(低矫顽力1.8mT、饱和场15mT,和高饱和磁化强度844k A.m^(-1))。测试温度低于100k时,在未经热处理的样品中观测到了场引诱的磁转换和交换偏置现象,降低测试温度,此现象更为明显。而在热处理后的样品中,对于任何测试温度下都难于观测到此磁性行为。 The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and the magnetic properties of Tb40 (Fe49Co49V2)60/Fe multi-layers (TbFeCoV/Fe) were investigated by means of magnetic force microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer and other testing means. The easy direction of magnetization was found to be parallel to the film by the insertion of a Fe-layer between TbFeCoV layers. More uniform dense microstructures and excellent magnetic softness with a low coercivity of 1.8mT, a high saturation magnetization of 844kA.m-1 and a low saturation field of 15mT were obtained for the sample annealed at 623K and measured at the ambient temperature. The fieldinduced transition and exchange-biasing phenomenon were observed in the as-deposited samples measured at the temperature below 100K, which became more pronounced with the decrease of measuring temperature. For the annealed sample, the exchange bias was very inconspicuous for the samples even under lower measuring temperature.
