摘要
陶瓷材料在重型燃机叶片研究和制备中具有重要的作用,陶瓷型芯和陶瓷型壳是其中两种不可替代的陶瓷材料,文章就陶瓷型芯和陶瓷型壳在燃机叶片研发中存在的问题展开论述。主要包括陶瓷型芯和陶瓷型壳原材料、湿法成型、检测标准和计算机辅助研究。
Ceramics plays an important role in the development of heavy-duty gas turbine blade, ceramic core and ceramic shell are two kinds of irreplaceable materials. In this paper, the problems of ceramic core and ceramic shell in the development of gas lurbine blade are discussed, mainly including tbe raw materials, wet processing, inspection standards and computer simulation study.
