摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年12月~2014年12月在我院治疗的支气管哮喘患儿200例作为研究对象,将200例支气管哮喘患儿分为两组,其中100例应用常规治疗的为对照组,余100例应用孟鲁司特联合特布他林治疗,设为观察组,对两组治疗后的效果进行对比分析。结果治疗后,两组临床疗效比较,差异具有显著性(92.00%vs 79.00%,χ2=8.238,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组日间哮喘症状评分、夜间哮喘症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后日间哮喘症状评分、夜间哮喘症状评分分别显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访一年,观察组复发4例,对照组复发25例,两组复发率分别为4%、25%,两组复发率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效较确切,能明显减轻患者的临床症状,值得推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Montelukast combined with terbutaline in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods 200 cases of bronchial asthma cured in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects, and they were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups. 100 patients treated by routine treatment were as control group, 100 cases, and the rest of the application of montelukast our special joint special cloth of his treatment of forest were as the observation group. Effect of treatment in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significant(92.00% vs 79.00%, X2=8.238, P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, daytime asthma symptom score, nighttime asthma symptom score of observation group were decreased, compared with the control treatment group before. And the daytime asthma symptom score and nocturnal asthma symptom score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P 〈 0.05). One year follow-up, there were 4 cases of recurrence in the observation group, there were 25 cases of recurrence in the control group, the recurrence rates of the two groups were respectively 4% and 25%, and the recurrence rates of the two groups were significantly different(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of combination of montelukast and terbutaline in treatment of bronchial asthma in children is effective. It can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
