摘要
了解鼠类年龄和年龄结构对于研究种群数量动态具有重要意义.2012年在阿拉善南部荒漠区采用铗线法对子午沙鼠(Meriones meridianus)种群进行了研究,以体重为依据进行聚类分析,并通过体长、尾长、耳长和后足长为辅助指标来划分子午沙鼠年龄结构.结果表明:子午沙鼠可分为:I龄组(幼体,11~25g)、II龄组(亚成体,26~40g)、III龄组(成体,>40g);采用综合指标判断子午沙鼠年龄组准确性更高,可操作性更强,对野外活捕实验中子午沙鼠年龄判断具有重要意义.
The individual age and group age structure are important for the studying of rodent population dynamics. The population of Mid-day gerbil (Meriones meridianus) was investigated in the south of Alxa desert with trap-day method in 2012. The weight index was used as a primary factor in cluster analysis, while the length of body, tail, ear and hind leg were used as secondary factors, to divide the whole population into different age groups. The results showed that, the Mid-day gerbils could be divided into three age groups(group Ⅰ, 11 - 25g; group Ⅱ, 26- 40g; group Ⅲ, 40g). The study indicated that it was more accuracy and easy to operate to use multi-factors than single factor to group the Mid-day gerbils.
