摘要
提高犊牛饲养效率是目前奶牛养殖业需要解决的关键问题。本试验以犊牛为研究对象,采用分阶段"饲喂初乳(1~3日龄)+定时定量牛奶(或自由采食酸化牛奶)+犊牛颗粒料"、60日龄断奶的饲养程序,定期监测犊牛生长指标,研究酸化奶对犊牛生长发育的影响。结果表明:使用酸化奶自由采食模式对30日龄和60日龄的犊牛体重、体尺等生长指标没有不良影响,但是由于30~60日龄自由采食酸化奶影响了颗粒料的采食,使得60日龄胸围日增量显著低于对照组,有可能影响了瘤胃发育,故建议在30~60日龄期间酸化奶定量饲喂,并加强诱导犊牛颗粒料的采食,以促进瘤胃的发育。
In current, the key problem for dairy farming that needs to solve is how to improve the calves breeding efficiency. The experiment was aimed at the calves, using the feeding program that ＂colostrum （1-3 days of age） ＋ milk timely and quantitatively （or acidified milk randomly） ＋ calf grain＂, weaning at 60 days of age, monitoring the calf growth index, study the effect of acidified milk to the calves growth and development. The results showed that： The feeding mode using the acidified milk had no adverse effect on the growth indices of calves such as body weight and body height at the age of 30d and 60d. However, feeding acidified milk randomly affected the grain feed during 30d to 60d, and then significantly decreased the bust increment per day comparing with the control group. which may affect the rumen development. Thus, we suggest that feed acidified milk quantitatively and strengthen the induction calf grain feeding during the period of 30d to 60d, in order to promote the rumen growth.
