摘要
研究了常化、冷轧工艺对中牌号高磁感无取向电工钢50W470和35W440性能的影响,结果表明:常化对钢卷的磁性能有利,钢卷厚度越薄,铁损越降低明显;通过优化各工序的工艺,产品的各项性能指标均满足客户要求。
The influence of normalizing and rolling process on the properties of the middle grade high magnetic strength of non - oriented electrical steel (GRD. 50W470 and 35W440) is studied. The results show that normalization is good for magnetic properties of strip, the core losses decreased significantly when the strip getting thinner. By optimizing the process, the technical specifications of the products are all meet customers' requirements.
