摘要
双向螺旋挤密灌注桩混凝土会不可避免地产生超耗,且造成超耗的原因有很多种。结合甘肃省人民医院兰州新区分院一期桩基工程实例,分析混凝土超耗产生的原因,并按施工工艺对其进行了改进处理;介绍了过程控制要点和改进处理效果;总结了施工经验,可供同类工程借鉴。
There are many reasons for soil displacement screw pile( SDSP) producing excess concrete consumption inevitably. The paper combined with the example of the first phase of pile foundation engineering which used in the construction of the branch of Gansu Provincial People's Hospital in Lanzhou New Area to analyze the reasons for excess concrete consumption and improve the process according to the construction technology. Additionally,the paper also introduced the main points of process control and the effects of improvement,and summarized some construction experiences which could be referenced in similar engineering.
