免疫分析技术在兽药残留检测中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 食品中的兽药残留物,如抗生素、驱肠虫剂、β-受体兴奋剂和类固醇等对消费者的健康有极大危害。免疫分析法能对大量不同化合物进行筛查,该方法快速、灵敏,且效益高,已经被广泛应用于筛查各种兽药残留,可以显著减少常规分析的取样需求量。该文综述了用于兽药残留检测的免疫分析技术的常见方法、基本原理与应用。
