摘要
目的探讨血常规检验在常见贫血诊断与鉴别中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月在我院接受临床治疗的80例贫血患者作为研究对象,根据贫血类型不同分为两组,40例缺铁性贫血患者为对照组,40例巨幼细胞性贫血患者为研究组,对两组患者进行血常规检验,分析两组患者的诊断效果。结果研究组的平均红细胞血含量、红细胞分布宽度、平均红细胞体积以及Hb、RBC/Hb、MCHC水平显著高于对照组,RBC水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的临床诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血常规检验在缺铁性贫血和巨幼细胞性贫血等常见贫血类型的诊断与鉴别中具有重要应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of blood routine test in the diagnosis and differentiation of commonly-seen anemia.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,80 patients with anemia treated in our hospital were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to the type of anemia.40 patients with iron deficiency anemia were classified into the control group,and the rest 40 patients with megaloblastic anemia were categorized into the research group.The blood routine test in the two groups was used and the diagnostic effect was analyzed in the two groups.Results The mean red cell blood volume,red blood cell distribution width,mean corpuscular volume,Hb,RBC/Hb and MCHC levels in the anemia patients in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the level of RBC was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no difference in the clinical diagnostic accuracy between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Condusion Blood routine examination is of great value in the diagnosis and differentiation in common anemia such as iron deficiency anemia and megaloblastic anemia,etc..
