摘要
目的探讨甘草酸二铵注射液(甘利欣)和异甘草酸镁治疗病毒性肝炎的效果。方法选择我院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的70例病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。给予对照组甘利欣治疗,给予观察组异甘草酸镁治疗,对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗后的ALT、AST、TBIL指标均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对病毒性肝炎患者实施异甘草酸镁治疗,效果显著。
Objective Discuss the effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection（glycyrrhizin） and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in treatment of viral Hepatitis.Methods Chose 70 patients with viral hepatitis who were treated in hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,study and separated them into control group and stud group,randomly with 35 patients in each group,patients in control group were given with glycyrrhizin treatment,while other patients in study group were given with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treatment,and then compare patients＇ treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy is higher and values of ALT,AST,TBIL after treatment in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group,there were differentials between two groups and such differentials had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in treatment of patients with viral hepatitis,is quite effective.
