摘要
随着现代化配网建设的开展,严重影响人民生活和社会经济发展的配电网"低电压"问题亟待治理。由于配网结构复杂、低电压成因多种多样,目前缺乏对配网低电压专项投资方案进行优选分析的成熟方法。为了避免投资的盲目性,本文结合经济效益评价和配电网可靠性分析,提出了适用于配网低电压治理的方案优选模型。模型首先利用牛顿-拉夫逊潮流计算法,分析投资方案的可靠性;然后利用CCR数据包络法,分析投资方案的有效性;最终筛选出有效且可靠的投资方案。实验证明本文提出的模型能够准确的识别最优的配电网低电压治理方案。
Along with the modernization of the power distribution network, the low-voltage problem, which seriously affect people's lives as well as the social and economic development, needs to be governed immediately. Since the complex structure of distribution network and the low voltage causes are various, mature methods of optimization analysis for low voltage special investment scheme is lack. In order to avoid the blindness of investment, this paper combines with the analysis of economic benefit evaluation and the reliability of distribution network, provides a solution to the problem of how to choose the best distribution network low voltage investment scheme. Firstly, the model uses the Newton-Rapson power flow calculation method, analysis the reliability of the investment projects;then uses the CCR data envelopment analysis, analysis the validity of the investment scheme; finally elects the investment scheme which is both effective and reliable. The experiment results show that this model could accurately identify the optimal distribution network low voltage investment scheme.
