Research Review of National Pharmaceutical Engineering Research Center over the Past Decade

摘要 药物制剂国家工程研究中心一直致力于新型药物制剂平台建设与关键技术开发,为新型制剂成果转化设计制造其产业化所需的关键设备和生产线。本文对中心近10年来的研究工作进行回顾,包括新技术平台(口溶膜剂技术、经鼻给药技术、新型吸入给药技术、微针给药技术及现代中药给药技术)的建设和培育,原有技术平台(口服缓控释技术、经皮给药技术、新型注射给药技术及生物黏附给药技术)的拓展和完善,新型药用辅料(注射用辅料、经皮给药压敏胶及离子交换树脂)的开发和评价,智能化制药装备(渗透泵控释片激光打孔检查机、透皮贴剂生产线及膜剂生产装备)的设计与制造等,其中药物制剂缓控释技术的开发和产业化项目于2011年获得国家科技进步二等奖;渗透泵药片的连续激光全自动打孔机于2013年获得中国专利优秀奖。 National Pharmaceutical Engineering Research Center (NPERC) devotes to the research platform construction and key technology development of novel pharmaceutical dosage forms, and the new equipment and production line have been designed and manufactured for the industrialization of scientific research achievements. The main pharmaceutical research work of NPERC over the past decades are reviewed, including the establishment and incubation of new technology platforms (oral soluble films, nasal drug delivery, pulmonary drug delivery, microneedle drug delivery and modem traditional Chinese medicine delivery technology), the expending and improvement of the original technology platforms (oral sustained/controlled release drug delivery, transdermal drug delivery, novel parenteral drug delivery and bioadhesive drug delivery technology), the development and evaluation of new pharmaceutical excipients (injectable excipients, pressure sensitive adhesives and ion exchange resin), the design and manufacturing of intelligent pharmaceutical equipment (laser drilling and inspection machine for osmotic pump tablets, production lines for transdermal patches and films). With regard to these achievements, National Scientific and Technological Progress Second Prize was awarded in 2011, and China Patent Excellence Award was obtained in 2013.
