摘要
目的分析在处方负面清单管理下神经内科辅助用药合理使用的效果。方法选取2014年1~6月及2016年1~6月神经内科住院患者辅助用药出院病志各300份,对两组病例进行回顾性分析。结果处方负面清单管理下病例组神经内科辅助用药的合理率明显高于前者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论处方负面清单管理可促进神经内科辅助用药的合理使用。
Objective To analyze effect of adjuvant drugs in neurology under the negative prescription list management.Methods Choose 300 medical records（Jan-Jun 2014） in neurology department before the negative prescription list management and the other 300 records（Jan-Jun 2016） after the negative prescription list management for this study.Results The rationality in use under negative prescription list management were higher than that of non-management group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The negative prescription list management mode may play a key role in clinical rational drug use and promote the clinical rational use of adjuvant drugs appropriately and effectively in neurology.
