摘要
以自主开发的大学生就业能力自评量表、就业质量和就业能力影响因素问卷为研究工具,调查全国64所高校,从高校组织视角识别大学生就业能力的影响因素,探索大学生就业能力与就业质量关系,大学生就业能力影响因素对就业质量的影响作用,进而基于实证分析面向高校提出合理化建议。
Based on the analysis collected from 64 universities, by using self-developed tools, this research explores the correlations between employability, quality of employment and improvement in employability of university students. The paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to the universities based on empirical analysis.
