摘要
冬季残奥会是国际残疾人最高级别的冰雪体育综合赛事,可以全面、客观地反映出残疾人冬季运动的水平和发展趋势。我国残疾人冬季项目发展滞后,在冬季残奥会历史上还未曾获得过奖牌,凭借北京承办2022年冬奥会和冬季残奥会这一良好契机,对全面推动我国残疾入冬季项目具有极其重要的现实意义。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对我国开展冬季残奥会项目进行SWOT分析,研究发现,符合残疾入冬季项目级别人数较多,开展项目数量少,基础薄弱,缺乏专业教练员,社会关注度不够。建议整合内外部资源,从政策、资金、专业人才、科学研究与科技服务等方面为我国进一步发展残疾人冬季体育提供有力保障和重要支撑。
Winter Paralympics is the international highest level of integrated winter sports events for the disabled, and can comprehensively and objectively reflect the level and trend of their winter sports develop- ment. Considering the slow development of Chinese disabled winter sports and never winning any medals in the history of Winter Paralympics, it has important practical significance for comprehensively developing Chinese disabled winter sports by the good chance of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Para- lympics. With the methods of literature information and expert interview, the paper has a SWOT analysis on developing the events of Winter Paralympics in China. The results show that there are many people in line with the disabled winter sports events, but the the number of events is small, the foundation is weak, it＇s lacking of the professional coaches and social attention. In order to further develop the disabled winter sports, it suggests providing some strong security and support by integrating the internal and external resources such as policy, capital, professionals, scientific research and technology services.
