铜唑防腐处理对南方松规格材握钉性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of CuAz-treated southern pine dimension lumber on nail-holding capacity

摘要 为研究铜唑(CuAz)防腐处理材的金属腐蚀性对南方松规格材握钉性能的影响,以南方松素材和CuAz防腐处理材为试验材料,采用加速暴露试验处理,研究防腐处理材的金属腐蚀性对规格材拔出握钉性能及剪切握钉性能的影响。结果表明:经加速暴露试验处理后因试件含水率增大,南方松素材及防腐材三切面拔出握钉力均有所增大,但防腐材的增幅小于素材;对照组与处理组相比,素材和防腐材剪切握钉力分别下降了20.85%和23.62%;CuAz防腐处理材的金属腐蚀性较大,素材和防腐材处理组圆钉的腐蚀分别呈现红褐色和黑色,CuAz防腐处理材的金属腐蚀性会削弱拔出握钉力及剪切握钉力。 With the development of new wood preservatives, the increased use of alkaline copper quaternary (ACQ) and copper azole (CuAz) as wood preservatives for residential buildings has led to the concerns of the corrosion performance of fasteners. In order to examine the nail-holding capacity of CuAz preservative treated southern pine, the pull-out nail holding capacity and lateral resistance test of nails were examined through the accelerated corrosion expo- sure test. The treated group was exposed to the accelerated corrosion under the temperature of 49℃, 90% relative humidity for 15 d and then was placed indoor for 24 h referred to the specifications of the American Wood Protection Association Standard. The results showed that among the cross section, radial section and tangential section of the untreated and CuAz-treated timber, the tangential section pull-out performance was the best, and the cross section was the worst. The moisture content of the specimen increased after the accelerated corrosion exposure test, and the pull- out nail holding capacity of the control group and treated group increased. However, the increase of the CuAz-treated timber was less than that of untreated wood due to the corrosion performance. The ratio of changes of the end to side- grain strength were not noticeable, and both the untreated and CuAz-treated timber declined by 0.01. When compared the lateral resistances, the nail holding capacities of the untreated and treated southern pine decreased by 20.85% and 23.62%, respectively. The corrosion performance of the CuAz-treated timber was higher than that of the untreated wood. The surface morphology of nails of untreated wood showed brownish red substance, while surfaces of the nails for CuAz-treated timber were black. The metal corrosion of CuAz preservative treated wood manifested a weakening influence on the pull-out nail holding capacity and the lateral resistance of nail capacity.
