摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理对慢性霉菌性阴道炎的护理效果。方法:选取2013年7月至2015年7月收治的慢性霉菌性阴道炎患者108例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用人性化护理方法,比较两组患者的护理效果与护理执行情况。结果:观察组患者护理满意度为98.15%,高于对照组的79.63%(P<0.05);观察组的会阴护理、内衣裤护理、经期护理、遵医嘱用药的护理执行率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性霉菌性阴道炎患者实施人性化护理,可取得满意的护理效果,改善患者的护理执行情况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the humanized nursing care of patients with chronic mycotic vaginitis. Methods： 108 cases of patients with chronic mycotic vaginitis admitted from July 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The patients in control group adopted routine nursing method and those in observation group received the humanized nursing method. The nursing effect and nursing implementation situation were compared between the two groups. Results：The nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was 98.15 % , which was higher than that in control group （79.63 % , P 〈0.05 ）. The implementation rates of perineum nursing, under- wear nursing, menstrual nursing and the medication nursing were higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Humanized nursing care of patients with chronic mycotic vaginitis can achieve satisfactory nursing effect and improve the implementation of nursing care. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
