摘要
针对硫酸钡废渣综合利用,研究开发出一种适合钡盐生产行业处理固废的新工艺。工艺首次对生产硫酸钡所产生废渣中的烧结矿、共生体进行剥离,根据各组分密度的差别对废渣进行分选,采取跳汰工艺物理方法回收其未反应完全的重晶石进行重新利用,其中回收的重晶石组分硫酸钡含量能达80%以上,余渣经过无害化处理化学方法回收高纯硫酸钡,剩余废渣采用免烧免蒸养工艺,制备新型墙体填充材料——泡沫混凝土砌块。不仅解决了硫酸钡废渣堆积占地及对环境所造成的各类污染问题,而且回收利用其未反应完全的重晶石,同时将固废彻底利用,制备泡沫混凝土砌块,节能环保,达到了对废渣资源化综合利用的目的。
For the comprehensive utilization of barium sulfate residue, the study developed a new technology suitable to all barium salt production industry. For the first time, the process crushed the large block of barium sulfate residue according to the difference of density of component. The physical method of jigging process was used to recover the barite which has not been completely used for reutilization, wherein the barite content of the recovered barite can reach above 80%. High purity Barium Sulfate was recoveried by the disposal chemical method. The residual slag was used to produce a new type of wall filling material - foam concrete block. This technology not only solved the pollution of barium sulfate slag, but aslo recycled the barite which is not completely reacted, produced wall filling material, and achieved the purpose of comprehensive utilization of waste residue.
