摘要
慢性胃炎是临床消化科一种常见的多发病,其发病率居各种胃病之首。中医认为其病位在胃,与肝脾密切相关。文章综述了慢性胃炎的中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型,阐述归纳了中医临床治疗中经典方治疗、自拟方治疗、中成药治疗、针灸治疗、穴位埋线治疗、药物贴敷治疗、综合方法治疗的研究状况,提及中医护理和健康教育,并作出总结和展望。
Chronic gastritis is a common frequently-occurring disease in clinical gastroenterology. Its incidence ranks the top of the all kinds of stomach problems. TCM holds that the sick in the stomach, is closely related to the liver and spleen. In this paper, the progress of chronic gastritis disease, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine classification were reviewed, and summarized the research status of clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the classic treatment, selfmade prescription, Chinese patent drug therapy, acupuncture therapy, acupoint catgut embedding therapy, drug application and the synthesis method, referred to the traditional Chinese medicine nursing and health education, and made a summary and outlook.
