摘要
神经鞘瘤因良性发病却常致恶性临床结果受到广泛关注,目前研究表明Merlin、SMARCB1、LZTR1、COQ6蛋白表达异常在神经鞘瘤组织中普遍存在。通过文献检索分析发现这四种蛋白通过多种信号转导通路调控雪旺细胞生长、增殖、分化、凋亡等生理过程,在神经鞘瘤发病中起重要作用。现将与神经鞘瘤发病相关的信号转导通路进行综述以利理解其发病机制。
Schwannoma has drawn extensive attention due to the malignant clinical outcomes which brings as a benign tumor, current studies have shown that abnormal expressions of proteins including Merlin, SMARCB1, LZTR1, and COQ6 are universal in schwannoma tissues. Though bibliographic retrieval and analysis, we found that the four proteins play an important role in schwannoma attacks as they can regulate the physiological process of Schwann cells including cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis through multiple signal transduction pathways. In this paper, signal transduction pathways related to schwannoma attacks are summarized to help understand its pathogenesis.
