摘要
目的从中医证象量化积分变化角度评价调理中气法治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效及意义,旨在为小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗和评价体系提供可靠的临床研究资料和理论依据。方法将120例岭南地区慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为2组,治疗组采用调理中气法为主进行治疗,对照组采用口服常规西药治疗,治疗2周后统计疗效,观察咳嗽频度、活动后咳嗽情况、痰、纳呆、大便、怠倦乏力、面色、唇色、舌质、舌苔、脉象等相关中医证象量化积分变化情况,并判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为58.3%,2组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的咳嗽频度、活动后咳嗽情况、痰、纳呆、大便、怠倦乏力、面色、唇色、舌质、舌苔、脉象等相关中医证象积分均较对照组明显改善,经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论调理中气法治疗岭南地区小儿慢性咳嗽疗效确切,能明显改善患儿的总体证象,对增强患儿体质有重要意义,值得临床推广。
Objective From the perspective of symptoms quantized integration,evaluate the significance and curative effect of pediatric chronic cough treated with regulating middle qi method,to provide reliable clinical researches and theoretical basis for treatment and evaluation system.Methods 120 cases of children with chronic cough in Lingnan area were randomly divided into two groups.Therapy group was mainly treated with regulating middle qi method,while control group was given oral conventional Western medicine.After treated for 2 weeks,though observing symptoms quantized integration,including cough frequency,cough after activities,phlegm,anorexia,constipation,lacking in strength,complexion,lip color,tongue nature,coating on the tongue and pulse and so on,to judge the curative effect.Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in therapy group and 58.3% in control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,symptoms quantized integration in therapy group,including cough frequency,cough after activities,phlegm,anorexia,constipation,lacking in strength,complexion,lip color,tongue nature,coating on the tongue and pulse,was improved obviously,difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Regulating middle qi method,which has an important significance to improve children’s physical fitness,can treat children with chronic cough in Lingnan area effectively with obvious improvement of overall symptoms in children,be worthy of clinical promotion.
