摘要
目的观察弹性义齿结合铸造支架修复牙列缺损的效果。方法牙列缺损患者78例随机均分为两组:试验组应用弹性义齿结合铸造支架修复;对照组采用传统的塑料支架和义齿修复。随访1年,比较两组的牙列缺损修复效果。结果试验组修复成功率为92.3%(36/39),高于对照组的71.8%(28/39)(P<0.05)。修复后1年,两组患者的义齿功能均很满意,试验组患者的舒适度、外观、黏膜情况和食物嵌塞情况优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者对美观的满意率高于对照组[100%(39/39)vs.87.2%(34/39)](P<0.05)。结论与传统的塑料支架和义齿比较,应用弹性义齿结合铸造支架修复牙列缺损的成功率高、制作方便、外观较好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of repairing dentition defect by combined use of elastic denture and casting stents.Methods Seventy-eight patients with dentition defect were treated with elastic denture and casting stents（group A,39cases）or with traditional plastic stent and denture（group B,39cases）.The patients were followed up for one year and the outcomes of repairing dentition defect were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of repairing dentition defect was significantly higher in group A than that in group B（92.3% vs.71.8%）（P〈0.05）.The denture functions of two groups were all satisfactory.Compared to group B,the comfortability,appearance,mucosa status and food impaction were better in group A（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate to the repair was significantly higher in group A than that in group B（100% vs.87.2%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to traditional plastic stent and denture,repairing dentition defect by combined use of elastic denture and casting stents has the advantages of higher success rate,easier making,and better appearance.
