摘要
通过对湖北某高速公路服务区水资源循环利用试点工程建设、管理、运营维护等环节分析,探讨研究了适合我国高速公路绿色可持续发展服务区建设的关键技术和运行模式。结合高速公路服务区独立性特点,综合利用高效污水处理、中水回用、低影响开发雨水系统、垃圾压缩处理、清洁能源光伏发电利用等高新节能减排技术,探索实践出一套以水资源循环利用为主,清洁能源开发利用为辅的"绿色、生态、低碳、环保、可持续发展"型服务区建设新模式,适宜在湖北省乃至全国绿色可持续发展服务区建设中推广。
Based on the analyses of construction,management,operation and maintenance of one expressway service area water resources circulation utilization pilot project in Hubei,it is discussed the key technologies and operation modes of green sustainable development service area construction in our country.Combined with the independence of the expressway service area,some energy saving and emission reduction technologies are comprehensively utilized,such as high efficient sewage treatment,water reuse,low impact development of storm water system,garbage compression processing and photovoltaic generation system of clean energy,to explore a set of new model on the basis of water resources circulation utilization and subsidiary to clean energy developing utilization by "green,ecology,low carbon,environmental protection,sustainable development",which is suitable for the spreading of green expressway sustainable development service area construction in Hubei province and even all over the country.
